The Problem
The client needed their Figma-designed storefront brought to life on WordPress WooCommerce and then moved to their own hosting environment — without any disruption to the launch timeline. Once live, the site also needed to perform well under real-world traffic conditions rather than running slowly out of the box.
My Approach
Translated the Figma design into a fully functional WooCommerce template, configuring products, categories, and the checkout experience to match the approved layouts. Managed the complete server migration — database, files, DNS — ensuring a clean and verified go-live. Post-launch, ran a performance audit and applied caching, image compression, and query optimisations to bring load times down significantly.
