The Problem
The client needed their approved design translated into a working WordPress site and then migrated from the development environment to their live hosting server. Post-launch performance was also a concern — the site needed to load quickly to serve visitors effectively.
My Approach
Implemented the design onto a WordPress template, configuring all pages and content to match the approved layouts. Handled the full server migration — including database transfer, file upload, and DNS configuration — ensuring a clean and verified go-live. Followed up with a performance audit and applied optimisations including caching, image compression, and server-side improvements to bring load times down.
