The Problem
The off-the-shelf WordPress template delivered a generic look and feel that did not align with the client's brand, and a number of bugs introduced by the theme developers had been left unresolved — creating friction throughout the site and undermining the overall user experience.
My Approach
Conducted a full review of the theme's CSS and template files to identify areas where the visual presentation could be refined. Applied targeted style customisations across typography, spacing, and layout to bring the site in line with the client's expectations. In parallel, systematically tracked down and resolved the outstanding template bugs, ensuring all interactive elements and page sections behaved correctly across browsers and devices.
